Here are The RodMan's real estate evaluation forms. He has developed these forms based on years of hands-on experience doing home inspections and evaluations. You might want to use these as a guide to develop your own forms if these prove not to be useful as is.
The forms (listed below) are formatted and saved in Adobe Acrobat format. You will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer if you want to read these puppies. Many people already have Acrobat Reader on their computers. If you don't, it's easy to install. We think it's a very handy program. We're told by Taz, it's best to have version 4 or newer.
Should you not have Acrobat Reader, you can download and install a free copy from http://www.adobe.com. Once Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, you're ready to download the following files for printing.
